Welcome to the new Augusta County Clerk of Circuit Court secure remote access site. This site formerly contained historical records for older Land, Will, and Judgments records. In addition to those records, the site offers access to current indexing and imaging data for all of the records formerly maintained on the Supreme Court SRA site.

The Augusta County Circuit Court Clerk's Office will be closing early June 2 and June 3. We will stop recording land documents at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, and at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3. We will have a regular recording schedule on Thursday, June 4.
